Yum Yum

37' Herreshoff

Yum Yum was first launched in 1892, in Auckland, New Zealand. Designed by the late Nat Herreshoff. The gaff-rigged cutter Yum Yum was raced for several years. Many years later she ended up in the hands of Russ Rimmington. Taken to Hamilton in bad repair in 1992, she was fully restored to her former glory over the next 2 ½ yearsby Laurence Giles. YumYum named after a dancing girl from the opera "The Mikado".
